Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is possible no later than 14 days prior to arrival. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable. Stays during Christmas and Easter holidays are without the possibility of cancellation and modification of the term. Cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
The whole building, including rooms and balconies, is non-smoking. There is not allowed to use own appliances, prepare meals and move the room equipment. From 10pm to 6.00 am, the guest is obliged to respect the silent hours. Celebrations are not available at the property. In case of smoking ban breach or breach of ban on use of own appliances or preparation of meals in the room we charge a fee of 100,00 EUR for costs related to cleaning of premises and textiles. Guests may be asked to leave the pension in case of violating the silent hours.
Check-in is possible from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Check-out is necessary on the day of departure by 10.00 am.
